TASTING TIPS
Savory madeleines are best enjoyed hot. Simply heat them in a preheated oven at 180–200°C (356–392°F) for a good 5 minutes. This ensures a soft, fluffy center and a light crisp on the edges, just like they come out of the oven at Atelier Maison Galatà. A true delight!
Storing
Our madeleines are sold and shipped ultra-fresh. Refrigeration: Savory madeleines can be stored in the fridge for up to 12 days.
Freezing: For optimal taste and texture, freeze them for up to 3 months.
