The only madeleine that is as beautiful as it is good, ranked with a B level nutriscore. Organic raw sugar, with no added preservatives or food dyes, without artificial flavor and naturally gluten and lactose free.
A unique recipe
Our madeleine is the result of 10 months of research by our Boss pastry chef.
Made with love in Switzerland
Our madeleines are made to order every week in our workshop in La Sarraz (Vaud – Switzerland) and sent just out of the oven.
Eco-friendly packaging
Cardboard boxes and recyclable bags, metal boxes plastic-free bags (compostable biodegradable wood fiber).
